What is High Performance Coaching?

This coaching program is not like therapy or general life coaching.

We don’t just talk about what’s been bothering you lately.

Each session is focused on a different topic that’s necessary for you to be your best each day.

How Does High Performance Coaching Work?

  • My High Performance Coaching program is conducted over the course of 12 weeks. Coaching will be done through a weekly Zoom call with me.

  • After each weekly coaching session, you’ll receive a worksheet that helps you take the concepts you learned to a deeper level and provides frameworks and tools you can put to use immediately. You’re expected to complete the worksheet between sessions.

  • You’ll also receive a follow-up email that highlights your major insights, accomplishments, and commitments from each session.

  • Coaching sessions are one hour long and cover one focused module of the Certified High Performance Coaching curriculum. Each session builds on the previous ones.
